Di fitur itu, pengguna bisa menggunakan gambar atau video diolah dalam bentuk video singkat berdurasi antara 15-60 detik dilengkapi aneka efek dan musik.

Di antara musik dan lagu yang kerap dipakai netizen di Reels Instagram adalah Nowhere To Go (Quarantine Love) milik rapper Amerika Serikat, Snow Tha Product yang dirilis 26 Maret 2020 lalu.

Menggunakan lagu tersebut, netizen di Reels Instagram biasanya sering memadukannya dengan joget tertentu.

Snow Tha Product di kanal YouTube-nya mengatakan lagu itu diciptakan dan disuntingnya dalam waktu 24 jam dan terinspirasi dari kejenuhannya selama karantina di rumah saja akibat pandemi COVID-19.
